Judy Wells has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University. She worked as a software engineer at Milacron, as well as in a financial analyst role. After taking some time off, she discovered her passion for technical recruiting, blending her background in technical roles with understanding of the types of candidates who fit into them. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, playing tennis and traveling.

Ben Wells Jr. is passionate about connecting the dots for both clients and candidates. He is a born-and-raised Cincinnatian, graduating from St. Xavier High School and UC with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has extensive industry experience and prides himself on learning new and exciting skill sets. He enjoys playing golf, skiing, softball, traveling, cars, and occasional house projects.
